Welcome! The theme for this module is Compassion and this relates to your heart chakra.

The first and biggest hurdle we can experience on the road to compassion is the challenge to be forgiving. So often we are told we must forgive yet find this such a difficult thing to do when we have been hurt deeply or lost trust in ourselves or others. Self criticism and resentment are deep patterns that eat away at us from the inside out. 

I loved what I read on the Heartmath website and thought I'd share it :  "It’s no coincidence that ancient cultures from Greece to China looked at the heart as a primary source of feeling, virtue and intelligence.

Many faiths and traditions refer to the heart as the seat of the soul and pathway to spirit, or the higher self. Western languages refer to the heart as both a physical organ and metaphor for feeling and intuition and the center of personality, or being. People often describe the place where they experience emotions such as joy, love, hurt and sadness as the heart area. Many languages use variations of these English expressions: take heart, heartfelt and look within your heart for the answer.

Scientists discovered only recently a connection between the physical and feeling heart. For example, research at HeartMath Institute shows, someone feeling positive emotions like compassion or appreciation has smooth, balanced heart rhythms. In contrast, someone feeling negative emotions such as anger and anxiety display more erratic and unbalanced rhythms."

Forgiveness is an integral part of being able to experience compassion for others as often old hurts, anger and deep wounds from the past get in the way.

In the same way, having compassion for ourselves also requires a letting go and self forgiveness - too much self criticism, self hatred or self doubt undermines our ability to take care of ourselves and be fully self nurturing.

So the first step in this module is to practice forgiveness - you will find a video called "Cutting The Cords of Resentment" where I guide you through an easy way to let go of old stuff. You may repeat it as often as you like. I have found it to be very powerful and immediately changed me - I experienced better digestion!

The forgiveness statement in the "Cutting the Cords" process will form part of your Sacred Playtime activity so tune in to the video now and let go of old energy that does not serve you.

Step 2. Guided Video "Cutting the Cords of ResentmentThis video is a guided process to show you how to effectively release an old resentments you still hold towards yourself or others. I suggest you do both! You will be surprised what comes out and how simple it is to cut the connection. It really works and I really felt the difference afterwards. Part of this process has a forgiveness statement - you will need this for the Sacred Playtime conscious art activity.

Step 3. Sacred Playtime Activity - "Compassion in Bloom" You will need the forgiveness statement that forms part of the above process to complete your work. 

I decided not to edit the creative process in this module so you can see almost everything I did, with very little editing. It means there are 6 x 9 minute videos that break down the process into easy steps.

Many of you have said to me "I was waiting to have a few hours free before I got into doing the last one but it never happened". I know!!! So you need a different method - our lives are full, there will always be things to do.

So just do 1 step at a time. Create your background (which will take about 15-20 mins) and then let it dry. Come back the next day.

Step 4. Write down your Intentions and do a review . There's no video in this module about how to write or embellish your intentions - however, this is your reminder to review your previous intentions and write more in your Visual Diary or Art Journal. Regardless of whether you embellish the page or not, please get them down on paper! We all spend too much time thinking about what we don't want so start imagining everything the way you want it to be!

Step 1. Video "3 Minutes to Peace Within"

Relax and watch before you begin. It will help you drop out of your head and into a peaceful place.

5 Minutes of Qigong for Focus and Energy.

If you like, take the time to do this easy Qigong set of movements that will gently stretch and release any physical and energetic blockages before you begin. When your body is more calm and free physically you will feel more at rest, your energy will flow more easily and smoothly and your intuition will open up. Please only do what your individual body can manage. (There should be no pain. Stop immediately if there is discomfort or pain. Gentle movement creates the result.)

Video 1. Create Your Background. Then watch as I show you how to add your flowers. In the PDF Materials list opposite there is a simple step by step process for gathering images you can use - to trace - for all who think they can't draw. I will demonstrate this in the video.

These sensations signify change and offer ways to notice the shifts that have taken place at the quantum level of your being.

Is the Activation and outcome always positive? 

Yes. The Activation originates from Divine intelligence and your higher self will receive the shifts and discern what you need, allowing all the benefits that are most in alignment with your intentions and your highest good.

Pure love and high frequencies will help all lower emotions like fear, anxiety and frustration to drop away, helping your body vibrate at a higher level of consciousness where dis-ease cannot exist.
