Welcome to Peace Within.

Let me tell you more and explain what you can find here.... including your first Creative project to Awaken your bubbling river of inspiration and imagination. (I call these Sacred Playtime Activities because the time you take to create is sacred and you tap into your Divine spirit when you go within.)

This first module is "Awakening" and is designed to get you started, in touch with your inner artist, especially if your creative urge feels stuck or you think you've lost your confidence to be creative.

You will be Awakening at so many levels - to your inner muse, your beauty, energy and wellness and connecting to your God self. and awakening your magnificence, that you've temporarily forgotten.

Start by opening your energy channels - you can choose the short 5 minute Qigong practice or the 3 Minute Peace Within meditation to help you get into the right space.

I've given you a list you can use to guide you through the steps, but feel free to do what feels right for you.

There are step by step videos here as well as helpful pdf's you can download in case you want to print them out or keep them for later. 

I've even shared a different Spotify music playlist each lesson to stimulate your creative processes (see sidebar).

Hello from Me... 

Content Outline:

Step 1. Watch the video (or listen to the audio found on the sidebar) of "3 Minutes to Peace Within" so you can bring your awareness to your present space and open your consciousness, relax and tune in. 

Step 2. Take 5 minutes to do my Qigong video that helps create more energy and focus through gently releasing and stretching your body. You will feel more relaxed and centred and your energy will be lifted.

Step 3. Create your Intention Bubble for the month. Watch the video below for ideas. Write down what you want. Be specific. And state each intention as if you already have it. Eg: "I am walking every day for 30 minutes" rather than "I want to/will be walking 30 minutes every day"

Step 4. Consider the concept of "Awakening" and bring your mind and thoughts to what this means to you. What do you want to awaken (or further expand) that you desire? There is a PDF in the right hand column that will expand your thoughts and give you some inspiration and get your mind and unconscious tuned in!

Step 5. Play and Create!!! Watch the other step by step videos that guide you through this month's Sacred Playtime creative activity. Step 6.Write in your Art Journal or Art Diary about your experience, what came up, how did you feel before and after, what did you notice in your body etc. Allow your mind to roam and write as if you were allowing a stream of consciousness to pour onto your page. This is also called automatic writing. It is energy on a page. You could answer these questions as a way to prompt yourself: "What I noticed while doing this was....", "What I feel about it is......", "What surprised me.......", "What Awakened in me is.......".

Step 7. Share your experience, your work, your thoughts and feelings with the private group on Facebook so I can see what you've been doing too! You can also ask questions to the group if you are having any questions about the activity,difficulties with media etc.

Before we start - Choosing a Journal and what equipment I will be using.

Step1. Video "3 Minutes to Peace Within". 

This is the video version of 3 Minutes to Peace Within. Relax and watch before you begin. It will help you drop out of your head and into a peaceful place.

Step 2. 5 Minutes of Qigong for Energy.

If you like, take the time to do this easy Qigong set of movements that will gently stretch and release any physical and energetic blockages before you begin. When your body is more calm and free physically you will feel more at rest, your energy will flow more easily and smoothly and your intuition will open up. Please only do what your individual body can manage. (There should be no pain. Stop immediately if there is discomfort or pain. Gentle movement creates the result.)

Step 3. Create your "Intention Bubble."

Each month I will remind you to set your Intentions for the month. You can make this into an interesting page in your Journal or you can just write your intentions only if you prefer. This video shows you some ideas, how to write your intentions and the process for letting your wants and desires go - so they can come back to you!

Step 4. Sacred Playtime Theme: "Awakening" (See the PDF in the right hand column)

Enjoy creating your Sacred Time Journal pages and just allow yourself to relax and let go of the outcome! Let go of any judgement or self criticism that hampers your ability to create flow.

If there is one thing I have learned from creating expressive artwork it is to keep going. If something doesn’t “work” or you don’t like it, keep going. Add more, paint over, stick and glue things over and use a black outline pen…then keep going. Imagine it being layers upon layers and you can add as many layers as you want.  And just keep going, push through and trust it’s all part of the process.

It’s not about a pretty book. Anybody can do that. You want open the book and FEEL what you expressed there and enjoy the memory of the fun and joy you had creating it.

Now you can get started with the theme – “Awakening”.

To begin creating your “Awakening” Mandala start by considering what the word means to you. Below is some reading you might wish to do to stimulate thought, ideas and feelings.

Take some time to get into the vibration of the word before you start. Notice where your body responds, where does your mind go and what occurs to you? If you were to allow your intuitive mind to operate I wonder what you might notice? What drops into your awareness? You might experience a strong body feeling, an emotion or perhaps an intuitive push to wake up!

Even if you have done a lot of personal work prior to this activity there is a depth to creating your Mandala that cannot be spoken or quantified. It reaches into your unconscious mind and you will choose colours and shapes that express feelings and deeper memories, helping the energy to move, clear or be released.

Step 5. Beginning Your Mandala.

This video shows you how to begin your Awakening Mandala. Get started with step by step instructions to create the outline and then I show you how to start selecting design ideas to create the pattern. (For more design ideas download the PDF to the right on this page to start selecting ideas for your design that expresses you from the inside. Remember, the process is more important than the outcome. Notice how you feel as you take this time for yourself. It's sacred!)

Step 6. Write. Journal your thought, feeling and experiences in your Art Journal - on the same page as your expressive work. You can go around or over the images or onto the next page. Do whatever feels good for you. This is private to you.

Step 7. Share your creation, thoughts or experiences in the Peace Within Facebook Private group.

BONUS: Healing Circle "Energy Activation" Series.

As part of your Bonuses you receive an Energy Activation, a different one for each module. These are unique, powerful sessions of energy, light and information activation that offer immediate transformation you can feel in your body.

What happens during an Activation?

In each session you will be shown how to tune-in to higher frequencies of healing to initiate vibrational changes within your body - that can manifest as physical, emotional and spiritual changes.

You don't need to DO anything, just bring your presence and your intentions and receive the activation. Each activation takes about 25-30 minutes.

What will I notice?

Afterwards, it is extremely important to notice what draws your attention (for eg what do you feel?) Most people report feeling a great sense of calm, sometimes buzzing or energy waves, visions, colours, ideas and often physical ailments or symptoms disappear. These sensations signify change and offer ways to notice the shifts that have taken place at the quantum level of your being.

Is the Activation and outcome always positive? 

Yes. The Activation originates from Divine intelligence and your higher self will receive the shifts and discern what you need, automatically choosing the benefits that are most in alignment with your intentions and your highest good.

Pure love and high frequencies will help all lower emotions like fear, anxiety and frustration to drop away, helping your body vibrate at a higher level of consciousness where dis-ease cannot exist.
